Question reality. Question everything.
Is this real? Am I really sitting at my desk, typing out a review? Is that Jack rolling around on my lap? Is that really Ramen boiling itself to death on the stove in the kitchen? Is that really Veronica Lake sitting on my couch, giving me her peek-a-boo glance? Am I really that pathetic?

But we’re getting off the subject. Well, not entirly.
Linked questions everything. Gabriel (with a name like that expect angelical references throughout the show) is your everyday slacker who suddenly starts to have dreams about certain people he is apperantly linked to… or are they dreamingabout him?
The story is wonderfully complex and riveting enough for one to overlook a few minor technicalities. The editing, sound recording and framing are not perfect and neither is the acting, but it’s all good enough to draw attention to the story. And it is in that realm that the story excels. The characters are realistically drawn and the pacing is just right. The writing deserves much credit, which is one of the reason why it has been a minor hit on DailyMotion.com.
Now, is Gabriel crazy? Has he gone over the bend or is he dreaming? Can he find the girls? Will he wake up? Is he even real?
I can not — nay, will not — give you the answers to any of that. The story deserves a full viewing, so here is the entire first season in one sitting.
But I do know that’s my Ramen boiling away. I think it’s done. No, Veronica Lake is not sitting on my couch. Dang.
Ah, reality, thou art a cruel mistress.
