Profiles of Creative Pros

Adobe TV has recently added several fictional shows to their collection of how-tos and instructional videos. We’ve talked about Agency of Record, a very funny look at an ad agency’s use of Photoshop. Basically a long commercial, AoR is a branded web show of high caliber.
But Adobe can do satire too. The previous post featured the skit comedy crew Free Love Forum, and based on their mocumentaries of MS Paint and other satirical takes on the ordinary and mundane, Adobe hired them to make a short series of mocumentaries featuring Adobe products only in context.
They are ridiculously accurate looks at the people using these applications, but with an eye for funny that is unequaled. The show has been on YouTube a few months but has oddly enough pulled only a few dozen hits. The jokes and the circumstanced being spoofed are angled at people in the creative industries Adobe supplies — models, photographers, freelancers, documentarians — but even us Muggles can understand the humor quite well.
Because, seriously, who out there hasn’t thought about becoming a self-Photoshop(ed) model?
